It really depends... Took us 50 days-ish between NOA2 and scheduling the interview and our interview is about a month after that. Our process was REALLY fast for MTL in my opinion. I've seen people wait a lot longer than that to get through the whole NVC > Packet 3 > Packet 4 > Able to schedule interview process in MTL.

If not check out the k1 visa timelines, sort by interview date, and then filter for Canada and you should be able to see approximately how long it's taking various people to get their interviews. The last updated date seems to be when interviews opened up on the AIS site for a lot of people. ie. June 29th was the last day MTL opened k1 visa appointments and a lot of people updated their timelines that day to reflect their scheduled interview time.
