I haven't added any additional information but I did send a letter about a name change request when my AOS was pending. Turned out that my letter reached my file just fine although it took a while, I even saw my letter in the pile on the IOs desk when I went for the interview.

So you can take a chance if you like, I know in my case it worked well. But it's obviously not a guarantee or anything.

I sent my package but we mistakenly left out critical documents like Utilities and such.

We have no idea what you're filing for or from what visa as you don't have a timeline and don't provide us with any info.

You post in the K-1 visa forum so I'm going to assume you're in the visa process. The K-1 visa process doesn't require any utility bills, so no need to send any.

If you just posted in the wrong forum and are in the AOS process instead, you don't need to send any utility bills either. No proof of bonafide relationship needed for the application. If you get an interview you bring proof then, otherwise there's no need for it.

I might have posted in the wrong forum. Im doing the AOS  and its strongly advice to frontload as much as possible evidence of bonafide relationship.

Are you adjusting from a K-1? No need for any bonafide relationship proof at all.

If you filed for i-130 and i-485 concurrently you will need to send proof, but that's for the i-130. For the i-485 you don't need to send any proof at all.

Save your proof for your interview if you get one. Other than that you won't need any proof in your AOS process.

Also save your proof fo the next step in the immigration journey, the ROC. THAT is when you will need to front load with proof of bonafide marriage.

That still doesn't give us enough info to help you properly. Fill out your timeline or at least add more info in your posts so we know what visa you're adjusting from (student, fiance, tourist, work etc). Since you post in the K-1 forum and don't give any info at all about anything in your OP all we can do is guess that you're actually adjusting from a K-1 and you will get answers based on that. Which might turn out to be the wrong answers for you.
