Received RFE during I485 interview

My wife had her interview begining of may. After the interview we were told that she needed to submit a new medical exam because she missed a vaccine overseas. It's been over 30 days since we mailed in the new exam to our local office and yet have received any sort of delivery conformation or any update on the case.  It still shows ready for interview atonline and when i called customer service they could not  provide any information since it was transferred to the local office. Tried to set up an infopass appointment but was denied since it was not an emergency situation and was refered to customer service. Last week her ead/ap combo arrived, usually how long is the waiting period after RFE?
