Is this happening to others? "Transferred cases will be worked within 60 days"

Received this notice but still have not heard back after the 60 days:

"On May 10, 2018, the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) received your case.  Transferred cases will be worked within 60 days from Transfer Notice issuance. Furthermore, if all initial evidence was not included with your petition/application or a question arose during adjudication that required a Request for Evidence (RFE), additional time would be needed."

To date I have not received RFE,  so I am guessing they are "working" the case now...... How long is it actually taking for them to make a decision or send an RFE

It would be nice if they actually work on transferred case within 60 days period. However, I don't think that is true. My case was transferred on May 3rd and I hear nothing from them since.

If you don't mind telling me, how were you informed that the transferred cases will be worked on within 60 days?

The original email notice I setup for my account essentially said that if I did not receive my  notice by mail within 30 days to send a request.

When I sent in this request, about two weeks later I received an email with the statement it would be worked within 60 days. Although now I see that was B.S. because it has been 70 days now. In 20 more days I will do this again just to see if I can get my packet moved to the top of the pile

Interesting to hear that their goal is to process them in 60 days. When was your NOA? CSC?
