Hello everybody,
I wish someone can help me, please.

We don't have a joint account yet and my interview is on July 31. We tried 3 different Banks and they all asked me about government issued ID photo (EAD or state ID) that I don't have yet cause they sent me the interview letter before my EAD combo card. My question is, do you know a bank in the state that I can have a joint account with my wife without asking me for government ID that I don't have, please?

PS: I have the Social Security Card

A joint account will be so helpful for the interview.

Go get a state I.D. Should be able to get one with a SSN and showing you're in adjustment of status process. All my bank(BOA) wanted was my husbands SSN and photo ID (lucky he still had an old NY state one from internships previously, since we didn't get his driver's license for abit); but they would have taken his passport even as an ID. Takes probably a few hours one afternoon to get. Then go get added onto her accounts.

Perhaps some online type banks might let you make a joint account but even then they may ask for a photo copy of an ID.

I tried to get a State ID but Georgia told me, to get this state ID i need my NOA1 from the AOS packet that i have and also asked an unexpired I-94 that i don't have cause mine is expired and i received my NOA1 after the I-94 was expired.

True each stat can be different. Definately need to find some other Georgia people who know how that state works in sense of this or what they did. Think we waited all of 3-4 weeks after he got here to make the joint account so long before his I-94 expired and long before we submitted for AOS cause we wanted that 'evidence' in the packet. Try going to the top of the page, click on "portals"... that will take you to the "Haiti forum" but then on the left side of the screen should be members of VJ near by you. Perhaps can message some of them and see if they know anything more that can assist you.

If they can't, honestly don't over stress the banking thing right now. Get other items like joint bills/lease/ect. And come the interview, explain the banking thing if you want to.

It seems like with your state you are unable to do that. Maybe try getting other evidence instead..  are you both on the same health insurance, have each other as your emergency contact for work, is he added onto your credit card? You could bring all that as proof.
