From experience, the Consulate in Morocco is MUCH different than any other consulate/embassy I have come across. It's not true that you'll walk away with a reason from them regarding the Denial. So please don't listen to these people who are automatically assuming there is more information to give. My fiance had his interview on May 15th 2018 - the officer asked for nothing. Mind you, we have been together almost 2 years. I spent 6 months with him, followed by an additional 4 trips (including being there for the interview.) and yet the officer didn't ask for pictures/proof of relationship, nothing. My fiance wouldn't lie. My fiance wouldn't forget what the CO said. (Which is what some folks on here will make you try to believe.) He was told that someone would call him back from the embassy with a decision and a few hours later, we received that call stating that "The officer wasn't convinced." WELL HOW COULD HE BE WHEN HE DIDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING! We were sent back to the NVC where the case was reviewed for 3 weeks. It just NOW was sent back to the USCIS. I spoke to the embassy numerous times and our case can be extended if the USCIS finds it valid and sends it back. (By the way - there have been cases sent back to the consulate on a K1) However most people don't wait. They go and get married and file a CR-1. We are unsure as to what we are doing because i may just move there. I love it there personally. So we'll see what happens. But again, Morocco is a horse of another color. You can be denied without a reason given to you. It's happened to many. I'm sure it's half US Embassy and half Morrocan gov't when it comes down to this..

this is true

they do not say why or give written reason / they just say  denied or allow case to return without saying it

I can't just sit back and not do something. It's really true that Morocco leaves people hanging. I read somewhere on here that a fiance was asked about his fiances weight and if her being heavy bothered him. I mean really? We are stooping so low at interviews that we are asking about WEIGHT?

unfortunally, this is some things that the co’s might do at certain embassies.

remember the co job is to access the evidence in front of him, look at the action and reaction of the beneficiary during the interview and to ask questions, some of which some people moght find offensive but in reality it is a probing question that the co is using to determine the feelings of the beneficiary to the petitioner.

it is only my opinion on this but I think I might be sloghtly correct

yes, true

one man was asked why he wanted to marry a fat girl

and another was asked "do u sleep with your wife?"

another was asked what does your family think and when he smiled and said "they love her" "Co said "u smile, u lie'   without asking his family  (this was us)

Sadly the sheer numbers of shall we say suspect cases some of which we see on here are to blame.

Personally no, not been there, but I know somebody who has and remember her telling me that it is a big business out there, whilst that remains the case so will these stories.

just another legitimate couple denied based on the area of region.

If you want to blame someone, I suggest you blame the scammers and frauds who are making it so difficult for real couples to immigrate.  They are the ones who have created high fraud countries.....

Well, the system may or may not be broken but it is the system that is in place right now and we just have to deal with it as written.

if you go and marry and decide to stay that may be another issue, when it comes time at the nvc state for the affadavit of support you may not have the taxes filed if living abroad and you will need proof of domicile in the US, just a few things for you to be mindful of so you do not incur any problems in the future.

if you want my opinion, I can see by your statements you are upset and angry, might I recommend that you sit back and take a rest for a few hours and clear your mind before proceeding, i know it is easier said than done but it will help to make clearer and more informed decisions.

just my suggestion.

but can get co-sponsor even living abroad with your spouse, and get letter of planning on restablish domicile in the US

It would be of benefit to now exactly what was said during the interview.......

Why do you refuse to answer this basic question? It suprises me how people pick and chose which questions to answer. This is the most impprtant one! If you dont want to answer just say so.

If it was a 221g refusal, he should have received a paper explaining it.  Infolded during the interview.'m sure your fiance has an idea of the reason.  Exactly what was said during the interview?

again and again  Casa embassy does not give out any reasons / they just mark the 221g

 and say denied
