I am May 2017 filer, CSC.

Went to local office today to get extension. I was told that my case is CLOSED due to not showing on interview in May. I never received notice in mail that I am scheduled for an interview. They took my expired green card and told me that I need to file FOIA request. 

Can I reopen my case and how???

They didn't have an answer...

Did you applied with the help of an attorney?

Well I hope an attorney was not involved in this otherwise this would explain many things. :rolleyes:

I am extremely confused. Do you not track your application online often? If you do, what does the status say?
