Might make it more difficult but not a ban from applying.

Not sure what you want to do is legal on a B.

Hey guys....we are trying to plan things and we have a bit of a tight schedule.

I'm submitting the application for the K1 at the end of January because we have her company meeting in Miami at the beginning of April and she won't be ready to leave Japan yet.  Then we have her company convention end of July in Orlando which the plan is for after t hat to move here with me and get married 2 weeks later.

1. Fiance lives in Japan.

2. Her son has only August off Get on college so we want to plan our wedding for August.

3. She has a meeting for her work end of November in Japan that she can't miss.

What do we need to file so she can get back to Japan for her meeting and not make our wedding and marriage invalid?

Darryl

I she has access to the VWP she can come and get married in August and then go back and you apply for a CR1, takes about a year so no issue with meeting.
