It's a baby at 16 weeks but not at 15 weeks and 6 days?

At 40 weeks, it ceases to matter to conservatives.

Your statement still doesn't make sense.

Pregnancy lasts around 40 weeks. Conservatives aren't exactly famous for caring about babies that have been born.

When, in your opinion, does it change from a choice between abortion and murder?

It's always murder to me in all honesty. But to those on the Left who use it as a political football to demonize the Right it is getting tiresome to deal with. They say if I don't like abortion then I am against Women's Rights and a Woman's Right to Choice.

HELLO...... I have 3 daughters of my own and my oldest is 11 and getting ready to go into middle school. Do you think that I don't want my daughters to succeed or that I want to hold them back in anyway? I want them to be the best that they can be and that starts while they are young. I was sitting down with my daughter over the weekend encouraging her to do whatever she want to in life, but also warning her that if you do crazy stuff or get pregnant then a lot of those dreams will fade away.

In what way?

Pog mo is implying that conservatives only care about the fetus en utero.  That after it is born, they no longer care about supporting the children.

Pretty broad, general brush to be painting with, because I am sure we all know conservatives who cared for their children's welfare just fine.  And we all know that there are foster homes and facilities for homeless kids in the US, and not all of them are overseen by liberals.

But I reckon it makes him/her feel good to (falsely) allude to such behavior.

Oh I know, I just wanted Pog mo to explain what he/she thinks conservatives should do to support children after they're born...

They won't,  because they cannot.  It's just more fun to attack a group for a perceived bias than to discuss facts.

To be fair, it goes both ways, we all do it to a certain extent.  But some are willing to back up their views more than others.

Well that's pretty clear as they haven't returned to reply in over 13 hours.

Both sides like to play political football.

People have politicized this issue too much for too long. I think one can take the position of being against abortion in their own lives, while also recognizing that we really can't/shouldn't force everyone else to act and believe a certain way.

Same way as I believe.
