No, I filed for the I-90 on June 1st. I did a service request before that and they told me to file for the I-90 so I did.

Hello everyone!    I was just wondering who else got approved and didn't receive their Green card? I probably am not the only one, but I would like to hear other people's experience with it.

Oh no!  So frustrating isn't it? Have you called yet to see what is going on with your case?    Still no update here since I requested the expedite for my I-90 on (6/15).

USCIS Customer service and asked for Tier 2 officer. You can always file service inquiry this way.

AOS i-130, i-485 & i-765 in New York (Queens field office)

12/29/2014 - Priority Date; receipt number starting with MSC

1/2/2015 - Fingerprint fee accepted

1/26/2015 - Case suspended - RFE sent out

2/3/2015 - Fingerprint done at Jamaica Center, Queens

2/11/2015 - RFE received - Case resumed

3/2/2015 - EAD ordered

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

9/27/2015 - AOS Interview scheduled for Nov 3

11/3/2015 - AOS interview

12/11/2015 - APPROVED!!!

ROC (Vermont Service Center)

10/3/2017 - Sent out ROC package to VSC

10/6/2017 - Date on NOA (Received NOA on 10/16/2017)

8/15/2018 - Extension letter for 18 months received

12/28/2018 - APPROVED! (No RFE, No Interview) 🤸‍♀️ 

1/7/2019 - GC delivered

N-400 (Queens field office)

1/22/2019 - N400 delivered to Dallas, TX.

1/25/2019 - Check cashed

2/12/2019 - Biometrics appt

8/26/2019 - Interview scheduled

10/3/2019 - Interview - APPROVED

10/30/2019 - Oath

Thank you I filed on June 1st. So yesterday was 4 months. Good luck with your process.

Hi, may i know how long does it takes since the card being produce till you received the card? I got mine “card being produce” on december 12th. Now still waiting. Im just too curious 😂 its been 2,5 yrs for my waiver ROC 😢

Just a few days for me. Got approved during the week and that Saturday I received it.

Yes, they also provided me with a tracking number.

Hey @AnGeLxX,

I'm actually at the same boat like you were in. I got an interview for my 751 on 01/07/19 and got approved a week after on 01/14. I got the approval notice right after saying the 60 days BS which ended on 03/14. Never received the actual card in the mail. On 03/06 I went for an infopass and a stamp for the passport and they told me that the card was never produced for some reason. So I waited for the end of the 60 days and on 03/15 I filed my I90. I wanted to ask you how did you request the expedited petition ? I filed the I90 online

01I-751 #1 - March 2015 (Jointly filed)

April 2015: Bio-metrics completed

11/30/2018 Interview Notice for 01/07/2019

01/07/2019: Withdrawn at the interview due to divorce and another 751 filed after the divorce and switched to the waiver case

 

I-751 #2 - March 2017 (Waiver)

April 2017: Bio-metrics completed

01/07/2019: Interview

01/14/2019: Approval Notification via Email

03/15/2019: Had to file I90 since no card was sent

01/28/2020: Card is being produced (I751)

02/03/2020: Card in hand (I751)

03/06/2019 The Interview (Can't be approved since I'm not eligible for the 3 year rule anymore, will have to file again under the 5 year rule, FML)

03/09/2019: Official Deny letter Via certified mail

 

N-400 #2 March 2019 IOE (Pending)(5-year Rule) 

03/09/2019: N-400 filed online under the 5 year rule (Within 72 hours of the interview)

03/09/2019: NOA1 via web Portal

03/18/2019: NOA1 in the mail

03/19/2019: NOA2 via web Portal. Bio-metrics for 04/02/2019

03/21/2019: Successful early walk-in Bio-metrics

I also filed the I-90 online, I called in and requested it. But they didn't approve it.  Good luck!! I hope you get your card very soon.
