Hopefully they can give you some more information about what is going on..

Ah yeah e-request, I did one too waited for a month for a response telling me to file for the I-90 😅. It sure is frustrating!

So that means i have to wait 60 days since approval notice till i can file i-90? If i already knew the answer from e-rqst that they gonna tell me to file i-90 then i ain’t gonna do e-rqst. Just go ahead file i-90 next week (past 30 days) how about that?

I don't know..every case is different. I would wait until they tell you to file for one, your green card might still come..

My expedite request got denied, not really a shocker.

If you have an approval letter, I don't understand what these people at the USCIS are saying it is still in review. Who did you speak to? Tier 2 officer? Call back and ask for Tier 2 officer if you havent. Do you have an online update too?

See if you can file I-90, https://www.uscis.gov/i-90, which is an application to replace your green card.  If you have a physical approval letter, I'm sure you can do it.

That is crazy! I never really believe what they say tier 1 or 2. I have had many different answers.."Where the card is not even made yet and then oh yeah we did send it". . Well 110 days into the I-90 process!

I'm rolling my eyes... I don't think anyone can just go into the system and approve cases like that. Someone looked at it that was assigned to the case and approved it. One day I wish to work for them and show them how work should be done :P

Did you get your card already? I went to the uscis last week. The officer told me to come back in a week bc he couldnt see the progress. But i didnt come back, i file service request instead and should get an answer by oct 12th. If not then ill contact my congressman and see if it helps.

I did the same once, I went for an infopass and then called to make a service inquiry. It worked for me because they took action at the end of second week after calling. Good luck!
