So for my petition, I intend on submitting the following proof of having met my fiancé in person within the last 2 years:

- Photographs (about 5) from a meetup vacation in Aruba (not first time we meet, just a place we could meet outside our countries)

- Copies of my boarding passes from NY to Aruba and back (I don't know if I will have his boarding passes)

- Receipts from the hotel we stayed (all this above from Mar 2017).

- Photographs (about 5) from his visit to see me in San Francisco last year (Nov-Dec 2017).

Have not seen him in person since Dec :( but he will be visiting again in Aug :D ... I suppose we CAN also include more evidence from his visit when he arrives in Aug since we will be filing the petition after he arrives on his B2.

Anyway, I wanted to make sure that this was enough evidence to provide in a K1 petition. As I understand it, the evidence only requires that we met in person within the last 2 years (our intended filing will be in Sept). The "ongoing relationship" evidence would be presented at the interview at his country's embassy, correct? We will have compiled many photographs and documentation of chats by then.

Thanks for all advice!

I think your meeting evidence is more than sufficient.

Like above, ad copies of your passport showing entry/exit to his country, that with the receipts/hotel receipt and boarding passes will be enough.

Photos are good to ad, but they are secondary evidence.
