Hi,

I married on june-3-2016

I got my green card on jan 27-2017,It expires on Jan-20-2019. I have two children along with on same visa.

When do we fill our i751. can we fill now?

is there going to be one form for everyone? one fees for all? or separate forms and fees

Please help help help

You can file starting 90 days before your green card expires.  So count minus 90 days from expiration day. 

 

Filing earlier than that will result in being denied

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

October 22, 2018 is 90 days before Jan 20, 2019.

That would be the earliest date you could file.

05/09/19 - USPS delivered green card! In hand now!

It takes anywhere from 12 to 20 months or more. 

 

You'll get extension letter in mail 

K1

09.2015 - Green Card received.

24.07.2017 - NoA1.
