Good day! I would like to ask if someone already tried transferring a case from USEM Abu Dhabi to Manila?

We are a k1visa December 2017 filer, and my work visa here in AUH will actually be expiring this September, im afraid my interview wont come anytime soon since i dont have NOA2 yet. I opted not to renew in my work and just go back in the Philippines to stay with my family for some time since I havent gone home for almost 4 years now.

I then would just like to transfer my consulate from USEM abu dhabi to USEM manila to hold my interview

Points:

1)I hope someone could enlighten me and guide me what are the steps I should take to do so?

2) Also, whom to contact

3) When to contact abu dhabi usem or manila usem or NVC. I do not know im really lost.

4) Should I wait for my NOA2 before contacting Usem manila? Or i can inform them as early as possible?

Please help me..

Thank you in advance
