Question about I-130 Part 2 #41 and I-824

Hello, I am starting to fill out I-130 to try to bring my adult daughters to the US. 
I came on a K1 Visa and did get married, but obtained my Green Card through VAWA years later. 
I-130 Part 2 #41 asks "Did you gain lawful permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident?" 
Would it be yes or no? 

 

Also, one of my daughters was still a minor (17 years old) when I got married and 19 when my ex submitted the application. (Before I filed for VAWA).
At this point, do I file the I-130 for her or I-824?
