You need the officer # and Team unfortunately. Very likely its LA Tm5. but officer #....thats a one - off. Just call them on monday and muscle your way to get them to read it to you, they will do that.

I already got all the information but I seem to need the letter in order to fax them the evidence they need

They lie, you need to put in cover letter. USPS and USCIS are slow arseholes and I have not received your notice this is why I am writing to you. Use lots of bold fonts, state your case #, A #, Expedite Ref ID...

Many people have done this they just make you wait to have that page so the officer knows he has all the information. 

 

Even better to get your senator/congressman to send the response to the referral ID and officer #.

When I submitted my request, my email read the same... except for the status of this request was 

 

"Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

 

I did not get a "ask for more evidence" paragraph. Does that come next?
