If man made global warming was an actual thing maybe we could have that debate. Even then it's a little far fetched.

Regardless if it is man made or not it is happening, it is effecting us and you avoided my question.

If sperm production is lower when it's too hot how would heat waves not have an impact on fertility?

How do people in the tropics procreate vs. people in Alaska? Haiti, Ecuador, Mexico... all pretty warm places.  I think even in Kuwait (commonly 120°), people have kids just fine.

No one is arguing that sperm need a certain temp to be viable or more populous.   But the range is pretty wide.

Their bodies are used to it, their acclimated. But for people in places where they suddenly see abnormally high temperature (unusual heat waves) will be affected.

And no, this is not going to have a huge impact on population numbers. But it is a factor, among many others as to why the number of births have gone down.

Maybe.  But I'm pretty skeptical.  Testes adjust to maintain a temp about 1-2 degrees below our core.  And heat waves are not that sudden.  Even if you stepped off a plane into conditions that were 20-30° hotter than you were used to, and even if your sperm weakened or died, the new ones you made the next day would be "acclimated".  Just my opinion, don't have any links for you.  Though I have a son who was conceived during a heat wave.  But that may have been nullified by being 17 feet under the ocean surface.  Definitely cooler there.

Three steps to stabilize birth rates.

1. Either nationalize healthcare or make expenses related to birth and children under 18 fully deductible.

2. Mandate paternity leave - 6 months.

3. Mandate minimum vacation at 3 weeks and minimum sick at 10 days.

Who gonna pay for all these mandates? Mandate 25 days a year off. Dear god.

Here is something that might help.

Stop incetvizing people to spit out unwanted kids like brood mares, that cant afford them

Call it climate change, call it global warming, be as much in denial as you want. Your choice.

Sorry but this  idea is not helping bolster the accurate public perception of the challenges of climate change.  There is climate change going on...this theory doesn't support it.

Are you sure about this?  For how many years now has this climate change been going on?

Dear God.

The first rule of fishing is "don't cast over empty water". I am going to pass on this one.
