Petitioner moves to a new address after NOA 2

Hi guys,my fiancé who is the petitioner is moving from his old address and we just got our NOA2...how can he change his address ?..should it be with USCIS or NVC?...thanks 😊

Both. USCIS so there’s no problems downthe line with Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization Document, and advance parole if you need it.

NVC because you’ll need to receive communications from them now. 

 

Call NVC. Be ready with your birthdate, receipt number and full name, and your fiancé’s full name.

Could this delay anything? We are hoping to receive our NOA2 in the next month and my fiance is going to give notice for his apartment and move back with his family to save money for the next few months. He was thinking that he could just forward his mail within Germany so we didn't have to notify anyone. I'd love for this to be as simple as possible. Any suggestions? Thanks!
