Just got my NOA2 approval 12/11. My NOA1 was 7/11. Looks like things are picking up!

So we received the letter, and they want another passport photo of both of us. We did send photos in and have no idea why they want more?

So, will take more. Does anyone know if it's ok to email the photo to a US passport photo place for them to print, and save a few days instead of posting the photo from NZ?

I had my beneficiary take passport picture (5cm by 5 cm, no shade behind her, no glasses etc) and ask for digital image of it than printed it here myself on 4x6 photo paper. It easily fit 2 images. No issues.

Sure. Nothing wrong with that. 

 

There are apps for your phone that will help resize your passport photos to the size that you need for that occasion.

im currently still waiting on the NOA2 that was sent out to CSC on July 13, 2018. Is there anybody else still waiting for their NOA2? Any reason on the slow process?

Is your file still with USCIS? Do you have a case number assigned yet? There are not many in july left to process. It's unusual that someone from Taiwan would be this delayed. Call USCIS. Google for customer service USCIS.

Yes, I do have a WAC number. I don’t know why that long!

Because you will receive a NOA2 in the mail from USCIS and then you'll call NVC to get your case number. If your case is not at NVC you could be a few days early.

How does getting the case number from NVC help me?
