So glad I have this community to lean on!! Just got to the point where I started seeing people get approved with dates after mine - looking as it as a good sign, but still kind of stresses me!  Hopefully our time is soon.... Happy New Year everyone, hoping that we all get to be with our partners on this day next year :D

Just a little more patience. Seems they are starting to pick up speed on the approvals.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I-129F filed on 12th July 2018

Received NOA1 17th July 2018 - California Service Center

Received NOA2 16th Dec 2018 with NOA2 "issued date" of 11 Dec 2018

USCIS still shows case received and we're now waiting for the NVC case number (I called up the NVC the other day just to make sure that the case was received and they said that it is at the NVC and is awaiting case number assignment).

Hopefully this will all be finished up within a few months :D

What was the RFE for?? I think we may be getting one too since we haven’t heard anything!

It doesn’t tell you online still awaiting the hard copy! Strange thing is if you have an online account seems like they would give you more than some vague information. Lol if it told me I would have it already sent this morning before the hard copy gets here!

So ridiculous!! I really wish the process was more human and actually treated us like people. I feel like the entire process needs a huge revamp, has to be a better way...

hopefully it’s an easy fix and you can get it approved ASAP :)
