Don't sell them skis, there is not shortage of places to Ski in CAlifornia. The difference is, you have to go TO the snow in Cali, instead of snow coming down to you in CA.

Good luck, hope you guys hear something soon. For some reason there aren't too many July filers. Expecting first June approvals any day now, and then July not long after.

How come? Well upon my calculation mine (July 25th) late January or early February for my NOA2 plus two more months for the medical and interview. (+2 more months if under sputum test)

I'm not sure what you meant by "how come?" but your calculation is the same mine. You think late Jan for your NOA2 and I also think January for your NOA2. So I guess we are saying the same thing. So, therein lies my confusion "how come?"

There were some last week of May approvals last week, but there's still way more of us from around then without NOA2 than with it right now.

But good luck to everyone here, too.

Anyone doing anything in the meantime while you wait? I’ve heard the police certificate can take a while to receive but not sure if this is true. I feel like I should be doing something in the time waiting for NOA2 ahah

Discuss and start arranging your evidence of on-going relationship, go over the embassy checklist and sort out what may take time to get (like certified copies of divorce decree/s), discuss I-134 and be sure that you both understand it correctly. We are borderline and though unlikely, we might get away with 2017 taxes. Review and renew your letters of intent to marry. At this point it"s time to discuss a general idea of what kind of wedding would you like to have. Document these discussions and use them at the USem at the interview. Think about your shots, if missing, you still have time to administer some and save money later. Start researching into the AOS procedure. There are actually lots of things to keep a couple busy

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

@HP+ICWhere can I find the embassy check list & shot requirements ?

Here is the letter that you will receive from Mumbai Embassy. Read it over carefully and follow the instructions. Another member of VJ added some additional information contained below which outlines what he experienced.

https://photos.state.gov/libraries/mumbai/1057584/senkx/BMB%20IV%20Packet%204%20for%20Ks%20January%202015%20Revision_001.pdf

Once you received your case number from NVC,  I would recommend you fill out DS-160 form and submit. Some say the packet 3 letter is nothing just waste of time same thing they have mention which you easily get from USCIS website when you called to the clinics to book your medical appointment date they will ask you have you received your packet letter or not. Just say yes and booked the appointment date however you will receive that letter within 2 weeks the day you will get your NVC number.

Go on USCIS website make your account with password and then pay your fees to Citibank or Axis bank. They will give you reference number. With that number you can book your biometric and interview appointment date. The fees are 18,500 and for medical but I recommend that you carry 20,000 with you in the event you need more. Be sure to  keep at least 7 days gap between medical and interview.

The website address for Hyderabad is

https://www.migrationmedicine.com/ just in case if someone needs

NOTE: Here is a topic in another forum where those from the Mumbai Consulate are applying with good information.
