Quick question...

 

We didn't get our NOA2 on the fancy paper seen above, we just got the plain white paper - is there any difference? I do see that on our NOA2 it says it's just the courtesy notice and not the actual document??

Did you guys use an attorney? You would need to get the original from them

That would mean the original is forthcoming. If you used a lawyer check in with them to see if they have the original. Originals should always be in your hands and not the lawyer. Done the road who knows what will be required but you can't get any more precise then the original document.

Thanks for the advice, I'll make sure to follow up with our lawyer. He should be getting in touch with us in the next few days regarding next steps for me. I've already sent off for my ACRO Certificate to save some time.

I did get the hard copy a few days later. But what I was trying to say is their websites is not usually updated

Hey guys! Even though we got our case approved on the 18th of December, the websites still show "received" and NVC hasn't received it yet. Any advice? Thanks!
