Us embassy in Santo Domingo approved expedite request

I received an email from nvc advising that us embassy in Santo Domingo approved my expedite request without conditions and case will be forwarded directly to us embassy. They only gave me my case number anyone has experience what are the next steps I'm confused.

What did you say in your email to the NVC so that they would approve your request?

I explained my hardship and attached medical documents for my son that was diagnosed with autism and that I work full time and the person caring for my son is my 18 year old daughter that will be entering college in August. Leaving me to leave my job because I cannot leave my child with just anyone it took a week to get approved and I am bypassing nvc stage.

You have to get a case number and an invoice number call NvC ask them for your invoice number  and go online on ustraveldocs and create her profile complete the ds 260 once you dont that you can schedule your own interview and VAC appointments. My case was expedited also and thats what i did. I scheduled everything now just waiting for the date

How far out was your interview date? A few weeks? A month?
