I called customer service, a tier 1 officer after asking some questions admitted there was nothing wrong with the fee I sent in, then forwarded me to tier 2 officer. It asked me to wait for a call back. And I'm still waiting. 

No idea why until now.

There is a receipt number for each form.

I don't think they really mean anything.

So sorry I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. Do you remember when you got the receipt notices? By text/email or letter?

There was no text or email.

I signed up for a PO box 3 miles from home, and I had a weird feeling this morning so I drove to the PO box. Sure enough it was the whole package in the box.

Almost cried when I saw that. And I almost burst my head out figuring out what went wrong. I explained the situation on another thread.

Really couldn't focus on working the whole day.

Hopefully I can get an answer from Tier 2 officer.

I’m sorry, hope they get back to you soon  there is nothing in the package? Like an explanation of rejection or smth like that?

Yes, there is one i797 for each form, and the bright green paper on the top that you prolly know what that is.

The form i 797 said: "The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided."

They stapled things together in a weird order, not the same way I submitted it.

Chicago Lockbox received my package July 16th still no NOA yet! Package was signed by Chyba. Hope I hear something soon.

How long did you wait, before you found out your package was returned?

It was delivered on the 20th and I saw the package in the PO BOX today at 12PM. The rejection form was dated 24th. 

So it's like 5 working days.

I got a form letter and and email, but there are no signatures or even names on them.
