I'm marriage-based filer.

I used UPS and the package online. The person signing the package is Chyba.

What a name! lol

I'm anxious too. School is about to start in 3 weeks and I need to plan ahead.

Hi guys looks like I will be an AOS July filer also.

Tomorrow morning I pick up my medical paperwork and I am sending my AOS packet off.

I was going to wait to do my medical but I had a consultation with an immigration lawyer to go over my paperwork and he recommended to do the medical and send it all off together. I did my medical on Friday here in Michigan it cost me $255 plus $20 for 2 vaccinations that I needed.

The medical itself took about an hour in total between filling in paperwork, seeing the nurse and getting examined by the  doctor.

Fingers crossed the next steps go smoothly.

Thanks Ahsan for your help. Let's keep each other updated.

I am still waiting for the status to change. Hopefully, it will be soon. Which app do you use to get notification from USCIS?

I would like to get the AP before September, not sure if this is possible.

I don't use any app but if you open an account in "myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov" and add your case information along with your phone number, they will send you text messages anytime there is an update to your case. This is different from the "egov.uscis.gov" case status check and also more efficient.

Hi,

I would like to hear from July AOS filers. I filed from Baltimore, sent to the Chicago lockbox on July 19th and according to the tracker received on July 23rd and signed by J ROBINSON. Filing AOS from F-1. Haven’t received any e-notifications yet and checks have not been cashed. How’s everyone progress?

Would anyone be willing to share the name of the USCIS person signing your package? Just for my sanity :( I wanna make sure it went to the right person.
