What do we check on the SSN application?

Where it ask about citizenship do we check "legal alien allowed to work" OR "legal alien not allowed to work"?

He won't have his EAD at this point so technically he won't be allowed to work...just unsure because on their website with the list of visa types it shows the K1 as legal alien allowed to work. I copied and pasted the link for anyone that wants to look....

And also where it asks for his parents names and social security numbers I assume we just fill in their name and leave the number part blank? There's no where to check not applicable or do I check unknown?

Legal alien allowed to work, as he is allowed to work with DHS authorization (his EAD when it arrives).

Thank you! I thought that's what it was but wanted to double check on here. Should I put unknown for his parents social security numbers or leave blank?

Leave it blank, if they need anything else from you they will tell you when you get to the window. The only reason they want this form is to make it easier for them to enter the info on the computer, so they have the form in front of them instead of having to ask you for info over and over. It's not important, they will let you know if you need to change anything or add something.

Just show up and ask. When we went they tossed the form and just enetered into the computer. If the parents are British, they probably need nothing.
