I (petitioner) filed 2 months ago for 1-129 for my fiancee and have a mailing adress( which is my work place )and a physical adress.

I am planning to move into a house that i own but currently under renovation after 4 months from now. Do i need to contact uscis of change in physical adress  or my fiancee can tell them at interview? Uscis uses my mailing adress for communication and it will stay the same

I don't think it will make any difference if you called USCIS to make the changes. Most likely will be told to wait for your NVC approval and make changes on your DS-160 or contact the Embassy by phone if possible or by email and make the changes.

Hi,

One of the questions your fiance may get at the interview would be the location of residence so getting the correct address for the officer would be key. They do extensive research and may see the address listed as being commercial as opposed to residential and this may raise red flags at the interview. Don't put your fiance through that kind of headache.

On another note, your fiance can inform the officer on the address where you both would be residing once granted permission to migrate to US. Once you officially move into the new house, you need to inform USCIS on this change. You can read more on it here: https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

Well, to be fair, they DO ask if the mailing address is the same as the physical address. With the way things are going with immigration stuff, it is always better to dot your 'i' and cross your 't'...better be safe than sorry.
