Hi Good Day!

I just want to ask if im qualified for US Visa. Here's the thing, I asked my grandma(second wife of my grandpa) to help me for petition? Is it possible to enter United States or How can I enter States? Because i have auntie/uncles residing in US. but they are the siblings of my father to my grandfather. so, in short they are not my bloodline but they support me in everythin. Is it hard for petition?

There's no ability for them to petition for you. Only a USC parent, 21+ son/daughter, or a USC sibling can petition for family-based immigration.

You can pursue work or investment visas, if you meet the requirements.

Edit: It's possible for your father's siblings to petition your father (assuming they are USCs), then your father to sponsor you. But you're almost certainly looking at ~30 years + ~11 years from the Philippines (F4 for father, F2B for you). Laws and timelines are likely to change in that timeframe.

Not hard

Impossible

You could apply for a visa based on your credentials - apply for the lottery, get a student or tourist visa. There isn't an option for you to move on the basis of family reunification. All the petitions will be 100% based on your own merit.

PI does not qualify for the lottery.

What do you mean by your father gone, dead?

You can always applyfor a B2 Visitor Visa.

I see, but my father is already gone. Who else can help me to visit US? i mean. can I enter US for visiting without petition? or apply in US Embassy? im thinking about questions when i apply. Any advice ?

Nobody can help you visit the US...you must qualify on your own.

You must show sufficient ties to return home to get the visa, and then actually return home within the allotted timeframe given to you upon entry.

If you want to visit then apply and find out. http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-visaapply.asp

How can i apply for Visiting US? What do i need to prepare ?

The biggest problem you have here is that from your first post it sounds like you want to live in the US. Applying for a visit visa is for a short term visit. If the interviewing officer thinks you are at risk of staying illegally in the US after your authorized tourist stay, you won’t get the visa. You need to show strong ties to the Philippines to get a tourist visa but it sounds like all your ties are in the US?

Well, thank you for all the answers. All i want is to visit my relatives there. I want to work there but this is not the time. Maybe i will apply for Visitation only. I will ask you next time soon. Thanks a lot :) Have a good day

Its a bit obvious you dont want to just visit. Saying 'is not the time' is not quite convincing enough. You are not fooling us and wont be fooling any CO at the interview.
