When you see your N400 snapshot, does all the questions that you answered have been populated?

I think there’s maybe a couple of checkboxes it didn’t pick up, but seems like it’s a common problem. Wouldn’t worry about it too much

I'm going to filling out N-400 in a few days, based on 3 years marriage. I have a few questions:
1. During these 3 years I have traveled 6 times outside, should I count 12 days (departure and arrival days) as being in US or to exclude them?

2. I will be able to apply 90 days earlier, only if I will have 18 months physical presence by that time, is that correct ?

3. How often can I travel after I'll submit my application? Is there some limitations?

Thank you

Alisa

Just posted this info on our I-751 ROC thread, and want to share here too. Guys we have to be very careful and make sure we submit enough evidence, USCIS will not send an RFE anymore, they have all rights to deny the petition if it's not enough evidence included.

https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-updates-policy-guidance-certain-requests-evidence-and-notices-intent-deny

This is why we are re-sending everything from ROC plus new evidence since 1 year ago.

For your first question, the online form states that it doesn't count travel days, so 12 days would really count as 10.

For question #2 you have to reside at your current address for three months prior to applying.

For your third question, as long as you have a valid GC, or expired GC with extension letter, or I-551 stamp in your passport so should be able to travel without any issues.

Hope that helps.

Why 10 days? If I have traveled 6 times, then I have 1 departure fay and 1 arrival day for each flight, results in 12 days. SHould I count them as being on US territory or to exclude them?

If you’re filing online, just follow the instructions. It literally guides you on what to enter.  It will ask for the dates, not how many days.

What did you all enter for the "USCIS Online Account Number" ? This is my first time filing online for N-400 and it sounds like if it is your first time using this online filing system, you might not have this account number. Wanted to check with the rest of the VJ community to see what you all did.

Yeah, I checked 'No' on that.  My receipt notice after filing contains my new online account number :)
