Hi guys just finished my biometrics. Kinda worried though, they only took my fingerprints on 4 fingers of my right hand. They didn't take my left hand fingerprints. Is this normal? I just don't want to have to fly out to do them again!

Same thing happened to me, i was told new way of fingerprinting for N400 only basically they do have record of all your other bio 130, 175 etc so this last step they do not have to do the entire fingers that is why you got a code 5 on your letter instead of code 1 , 2 or 3

Ok, still no mail in regards to my scheduled biometrics appointment, still no pdf on the docs tab. Should I be worried, or should I just hold out until the end of the week before freaking the eff out?

I do not know how fast they usually mail it can only go based of my experience i think it takes about a week or so. In my case i paid of Friday last week, got bio notice on Sat but the document pdf didnt show online till Tues the 5th but then again the 4th was a holiday so am assuming thats why. I walked in with the print out. Am hoping to receive hard copy maybe end of this week. I got my letter of NOA actually on Tues also in the mail hard copy

I got the bio notice on Saturday along with the hardcopy of my receipt, and I still do not have the appointment notice in my docs tab, nor do I have a hard copy.

Hello everyone, 

 

Hope I can get some clarification here. 

 

I tried to fill my N400 online recently. At the final review stage, the online summary looked all fine, but the final PDF file was missing a lot of info. I was planning to print it out as a record, but it missed so much info, as if the extraction process didn't go through correctly. 

 

For example, it did not have all my travel info on the PDF. There are more than 10 boxes that needed to be checked which it didn't. 

 

Did this happen to any of you? Or has anyone seen it being discussed  before?

 

I am a little worried to submit it online right now. Not sure, it was just me or there is a glitch in the system. Should I be concerned about this?

 

So weird. Thanks for any input.

04/04/08 Sent my I-751 to TSC by express mail

04/11/08 Case was transferred to VSC, showed online

05/03/08 Biometric test scheduled

I gave up and called Customer Service, citing that I needed the documentation so I could take the time off of work in time for the shceduled appointment (which is true), otherwise they would've only been able to fax said document to me 5 days before the appointment date. Which, if you ask me, is absolutely ridiculous. They said they are faxing it over now! I have the Biometric Notification! Yaaaaaaaay!

Now the question is, should I walk in, even though I was scheduled for a later date?

Yep. Its normal. For some reason the system has a glitch and it just dismisses some of the info that you enter. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see that the applicants signature and date will be missing too.

This is the perfect chance to check if the early walk-in thing really speeds up your interview date.

Mine is missing like 20 checks. Travel data alone had 7 boxes unchecked. I hope the interview officers are not using the PDFs for reviewing purpose. 😅

I plan on it! I'm going to see if the ACTUAL document shows up this weekend, and do a walk-in next Monday or Tuesday.
