I think it has a lot to do with the local ASC office. For example, my estimate time of completion is hanging right around 15 months (which I was pretty much expecting, really) due to the fact that Boise takes in quite a few refugees per year, but we have a teeny tiny office. I think it actually shares a parking lot with the Social Security office. 😂

Thank you. Just checked my interview date is 10/18!  I need to start to study for the test.

People tend to flee to southern states during winter but It’s not that bad after you get used to it :)

Figured i submit my N400 today and i just realized i was approved 03/31/2012 GC lol what a coincidence

Just stalked your timeline. You became resident the same year as me.  You can apply it alone without any issue. :)

I think we are talking about two different places. ASC - Application Support Center. The place where you do your biometrics. My local ASC is almost always half-empty. But the one in San Fransisco is super busy and yet they still allow walk-in biometrics.
