Looking for a Visa for my wife and want to know what people think.

- Married 2 years

- I live with her in Ukraine, smaller city north of Kiev

- We own an apartment (New apartment, cost about 90k fully paid. Not insignificant by local standards)

- We own a car (2013 Sonata nothing special)

- She is the director of my local company (need a local director)

- My business now has a local office that opened this summer, 130 SQM and 5 employees

- She also has a full time job for the past 5 years

- She has a daughter, not coming this time

- I make about 250k a year from my business, unfortunately its not dependent on location and I have to travel a bunch.

- Travel wise she has a Canada (for 9 more years) and UK visa (Just 6 months)

- In the past 3 years we have been to UK (Twice in June for a weekend each)

  - Sri Lanka (Feb for 9 days)

  - Lithuania (With her parents in January for 4 days)

  - Canada (9 days in November, 2017)

  - Germany/Poland (4 days in August, 2017)

  - Turkey (Week in June, 2017)

  - Umm at least 4 other trips to EU, France, Italy, another Germany Trip .. some of which needed a EU visa some of which after the Visa was no longer needed for Ukrainians.

We have no interest in living in USA so I dont want to waste the money on a immigrant visa and it would be dishonest to even apply for one since we have no intention of living in USA.

She has been denied visas twice before. Once last October before the Canada trip (Also before we bought the apartment and car) but after Canada visa and once in January 2016.

This is the last (and for her most annoying) visa to get to free up travel. Would love to go to New York with her sometime this fall.

Suggestions?

Well, unless she plans on living there a tourist visa is your only option. Possibly a work visa if she could get work, but tourist visa is your best bet. Just have proof she intends to return home and proof of the housing and everything.

Good luck!

Yes I understand this, She has no desire to work in the USA shes somewhat happy where she is and now as director of my company, she has plenty of work.

We have proof of our home, car, ... the sales documents and both are registered there. I know from the prior Visas they dont seem to look at much so I am trying to figure out how we show this before we go .. plan etc.

What else do we need .. I can bring my company registration documents office rental etc.

All she can do is apply again for a visitor visa.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can suggest that will improve her chances.  She will be evaluated based on her circumstances.  Sorry.

Guess what I am asking is based on peoples experience here how does it look ... What other ties can I show .. is there also trying to hard?

Keep in mind I am a citizen of both Canada and USA so could easily have applied for immigration to ether country but financially we are very well off where we are.

Most of the time, the consulate will not look at any documentation you bring.  In fact, they pretty much made up their mind before you entered the consulate.  But perhaps it's worth one last try.  You have to ask yourself what has changed since the last time she applied.  Is property in her name too?  Does she have good salary that is not under the table money (salary significantly different then before)?

Yes the apartment and car are in both of our names and no her salary is typical of a local person but all above the table.

Oh and my company is much more established here with the local office and employees. She has signed all the papers as the director but does not have ownership.

Only other thing that changed is even more travel .. Canada and UK and EU again.

I would try one last time before giving up.  Have all documents ready at interview just in case they may consider them.

Ok that's the plan will likely go in August after her busy season is over. If denied I have no idea what to do other than move to USA for 2 years and we really dont want to do that, I would have to fly back so often to keep tabs on my employees.
