I have boarding passes showing my flights home, but no stamp leaving the US, only entering my country (Im the beneficiary)

Will I need to submit a I-94 and number? It appears you only need to give I-94 if you are currently in the US?

No idea what you're submitting for, but yes, that's normal. Why would they stamp you when you leave the country?

As for i94 it's available online. Just Google i94 form.

Outside the USA it is and in my experience in south East Asia it is VERY normal to get entry and exit stamps and you pass thru immigration on exit.  Even as a US citizen it was a surprise to me that my wife and I could pass thru security in the USA and basically get on the plane without seeing US Immigration.  However, that doesn't mean the USA doesn't know you left.  The Airlines are supposed to report to Immigration that you were on the flight.  You therefore, are almost certainly perfectly fine.
