It is your fault for letting someone else file your application wrong. It's really not an excuse the consul will listen to.

At this point you can't so anything just go to the interview and see what happens.

The instructions are very clear that if you entered legally separated you had to be actually legally separated, that is, be able to show that as at your date of entry there was a court order. You will be disqualified without that. They specifically say even if you are planning a divorce, if you don’t have a court order for separation you have to enter as married.

I’m not sure what you mean by “did papers with a notary”. If you mean you had signed something legally binding before the entry date you’ll be ok, if you just mean you recently signed some kind of affidavit or sworn statement that you were separated then it won’t. If you really were legally separated as at the date of entry there will be a court order.

The instructions also give strong advice to fill in your form yourself and that if you do let someone else enter the information, to be sure that everything is correct. After all it’s your signature certifying that it is true. So unfortunately no, “someone else made an error” is not accepted as an excuse.

absent legal evidence of your status at the time of entry, no one can “give you a solution”. Of course you can still decide to take a chance and go to the interview to hear a consular officer say the same thing, but remember your interview fees are non refundable in case of a denial (and of course you will have paid medical etc costs too).

I told you that i have a legaly agreement from the notary that i was legally separated in that time because here in russia court cant give you nothing about this i cant change a country laws like i want .

But you said agreement legally separated from the notary signed they will not accept it even if the date in this agreement before the entry time.

I was that there are some experts here but unfortunately even now there is no one!!!)

Legaly separated in usa also different from a state to another if you don't know about it  there is a legaly separation by a court order and there is also by a notary agreement between a couple.

So in my situation i said that i have a notary agreement but you said no can any one expert explain me that.

And finally why the consul will ask about my papers legaly separation if my situation now is divorce???? So if i was divorced and got married again he will ask me about in the interview about my divorce papers or about marriage papers??????

I THINK THE QUESTION WILL BE ABOUT MY LAST STATUS MARITAL???

I asked you to explain what you meant by the notary agreement. A “notary” means different things in different countries. I have no idea where on the legal spectrum a notary is in Russia.  Was there or was there not a legally binding document that was evidence of marital separation already existing when you entered the DV lottery?

No I didn’t. And the phrasing of this sentence makes me think you may be using some kind of translation software and losing meaning in the process.

You know what - I’m trying to help, if all you can do is argue and insult me, I don’t need to hang around here. As I said before, the instructions are crystal clear on this issue. Good luck with your interview.
