Letter from USCIS talking about jurisdiction

I just changed my address while my ROC is still being processed, and I got a letter from USCIS saying:

 

The status of your service request is: 

 

After careful review of your request, it has been determined that your issues will be best addressed by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. Therefore we have taken the liberty of forwarding your service request to the California service center. 

 

What does this mean and is it normal?

Yes, it is normal.  It just means they have sent your new address to California USCIS office.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yes...normal process. Don't worry.

 

I submitted my change of address form 2wks before filing my RoC just to be on the safe side.

Interview Scheduled: August 27th 2015
Medical Date: Sept 11th 2015(Passed!!!)
Registered our appointment online: Sept 16th 2015
Interview Date: Sept 29th 2015 Approved!!
Visa in Hand: October 1st 2015
POE: 11th October 2015 - Philadelphia
