hello there anyone experience RFE this 2018 our case almost 3 weeks im so really nervous 😥😭😥😭😐😐 share your experience pleasee

On June 11, 2018, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number . 

Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. 

We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

It can depend on the type of RFE you received (additional or initial)

In 2016 it took them almost three weeks to approve my additional evidence. You'll be fine as long as you send back the right documents but with how slow the K-1 process is currently going, I suggest you need to have some good patience.

i read many forums in here visajourney it was 2 months long wait before i received approval.

However what if after 2months i cannot received NOA2 ? what we gonna do ? thanks for your answer

Receiving NOA2 in general already takes more than five months (some even six or seven and one person I know from a Dutch FB group had her NOA2 after nine months) so there is really no way in telling you when it gets approved.

It can take them up to 60 days to review the RFE and make a decision.

They're asking you what 'evidence' they asked specifically so they can help estimate how long it will take.

Just wait. NOA2 varies from days to months. Everyone has their own timeline, panicking won't help you or your fiancé. Your NOA2 will arrive soon.

Like everybody is saying, it varies. Our case took 2 weeks when it was sent. Some took months.
