Does the status change to "in transit" for everybody from the batch at the same time or it changes throughout the day as they send cases out? anxiety kicked in...

It's boilerplate language that literally means nothing.  It may be language the NVC uses for other types of visas.

I'm going for the second option, and hoping they change throughout the day. Mine is still at NVC.

Worst case, take a screenshot of the CEAC website and print it, and pencil the other information on the top. However you or the petitioner should get an email from the NVC

my medical is in less than 2 weeks, so I'm not sure whether to expect anything from NVC by then, hopefully so

Status changed to "In transit"!! Yesterday was my birthday so thank you for the present NVC!! haha. We got this people, one step closer! 😉👍

I got that note as well! That is provided by them but I don't think it means anything. I think we'll see when it changes to "ready".

on the email from Knightsbridge it says that ID must be certified by US Embassy London? What type of certification? by any professional, I know banks do it, they don't explain much do they

I think that's just for if you only take copies of your ID, rather than the actual thing. If you take your passport you'll be fine
