Yup, we’ve been calling every day last week, they received our case on Thursday and told our number on Friday. Mine are the same dates as yours. They rarely send emails on time, I’d recommend calling today after 6pm EST, because if you do already have the number assigned, your case will most likely be shipped out to the embassy tomorrow

good luck!🍀

The I-134 should be prepared by the petitioner and then sent to you, the beneficiary once you have an interview date at the embassy. You will take it with you then and give it to the officer. It looks like you are waiting for your NOA2, so it will be a while yet before the petitioner needs to get the I-134 to you.

Good luck for tomorrow!!! Wish I was doing my interview then. Can't believe I had to wait 1 full month for a medical at Knightsbridge. If it wasn't for that I'd have pushed for an interview around now. Anyhow, interview is set for 21st Sept. London seems to be filling up relatively quick. Earliest interview date available is 09/25.

Wow that’s a long wait for the medical, but Since you’ve had it done already a month from now isn’t really far,it will get here pretty quick and you will be fine.i guess some of us are lucky then because there were about 7 days available for the rest of August.and thanks for the well wishes 😊

Hi, can anyone please give me information about when should the petitioner file the I-134. I am the beneficiary. We are waiting for the responce of our RFE we just submitted last week and now preparing for all the documents that I can gather needed for the interview.  Thank you in advance and good luck to all of our applications.

I have made a concerted effort to arm everyone with their Embassy requirements and links to that and other information that is needed for the interview. I'm sorry if I missed giving it to you because your question is answered in that documentation. If you have not gotten the information for USEM and the interview Just let me know and I will post it for you. Here is the answer for your question.  Be aware that USEM is one of the few Embassy's that doesn't ask for the evidence for support but we have heard of a few couples every so often get asked. The embassy "recommends" that you have EOS available at your interview.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form may be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You may also be asked to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.

Hey everyone, how long does it take nowadays from getting a case number from NVC to the moment when NVC sends our documents to the embassy? Should we get a letter or something from NVC with our case number or other information? It’s been a week since we got our case number and case status is still “at NVC

Currently it's been taking about 2 weeks for USCIS to send the file to NVC. Then it's been taking about 2-3 weeks for NVC to assign the case number. Then it's taking another 2-3 week depending on the Embassy to receive your case. Your mileage may vary!

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks
