Now, if I understand correctly the ceac website status will go from ready to issued, right?

I can also no longer access the ais website. @r1mario, did I need to do something on that website after the interview?

You don't need to do anything. It will go to administrative processing and then to issued. After it changes to issued you will get an e-mail from the embassy stating they sent your passport to the courier service. That will be the same day or the next.

Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps for processing the visa:

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

There is nothing that you have to do at AIS website.

Now keep packing. Hurry your slowing down. :jest:

I am going to share with you all the information I have. Sorry but I am not sure it is in any order but it is what has been submitted by others recently and the P3 information is from what the Embassy sends out. So here we go.

https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/tourism-visitor/required-documents/

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United Kingdom&cty=London

First of all, if you haven’t already done so, make sure you complete your DS-160 and request your police certificate.  Now that you have your case number, you can call Knightsbridge to schedule your medical exam.  You’ll need to give them your case number when you schedule your appointment.  Once you have your exam scheduled, DS-160 completed and have everything else that you need for your interview, complete the Notification of Applicant Readiness Form and when your NVC case status changes to “In-transit” you can go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv to create an account and schedule an interview.  Make sure that you allow at least 5 working days between the date of your medical exam and the date of your interview or risk the results from the exam not arriving in time.  For your interview go here https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/  or call here 442074867822

U.S. Embassy London is pleased to inform you that we have received an approved petition in support of your

fiancée) or K3/4 visa application. Please refer to our website at https://uk.usembassv.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ for detailed instructions on preparing for your visa interview and scheduling the appointment.

In accordance with 9 FAM 41.81 PN3.2, please find:

•        One copy of the petitioner's approved Form I- 129F, together with any criminal background information (including information on protection orders) that USCIS has gathered on the petitioner and any information that USC1S has provided regarding prior Form 1-129F filings by the petitioner.

•        One copy of USCIS's pamphlet, "Information on the Legal Rights Available to Immigrant Victims of Domestic Violence in the United States and Facts about Immigrating on a Marriage-Based Visa.

Issuance of a K visa is not guaranteed. A Consular Officer will evaluate your case and make a final determination

You are advised not to make any travel plans until you receive your visa.

Should you need to communicate with the Embassy regarding your case, please provide your case number exactly as

it is listed below.

Hi, the NVC just got our case and now we are waiting on the "ready" word :) ( it was 15 days to get there from the USCIS)

My question is: How long is it usually take from here to say "approved"? I know it can take longer to have it "ready" but once it approved i could just schedule my medial.

Thanks

It's been 23 days since our I-129F was approved, I'd like to call the NVC to see if they have received it and if they've assigned a case number. What number do I call from U.K? Thanks,

Our case took 15 days so yours is likely to be there already.

This should help:

If your case was received today, then you'll probably get your case number in a few days. Maybe you can call Friday 😊
