how the embassy will know the email of the beneficiary in order to email him packet 3 when in the i-129F they didn't ask for it??

we are sorry if this has been answered before but as we mentioned in a previous topic, we only know this website couple of days ago and we are trying to benefit from other experienced profiles.

Sorry I am having problems with the same link. If I go straight to the page I can see it. But if I copy the link and post here, it comes up blank. I took screen shots and turned it into a pdf file. Here is where you can get it. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NIBcv61WQZuiuB8WHtgj3RIVvo_atrn9/view?usp=sharing

Also if you click on your flag and then look in the middle of the upper middle you should see the link for your consulate which will lead you to the same information that I made the pdf from.

Good Morning! Hope to not ruin your day but just wanted to vent. 22nd day from NOA2 and NVC still hasn't received the case from USCIS while others who has same NOA2 July 23, and even after, already got their MCN. Talked to a supervisor Belle, after a Sasha who was really nice to me but I got impatient with this whole thing so I asked kindly for a supervisor. Belle said she cannot talked about others who I mentioned that has the same approval notice as me (even after). I wanted to tell her, of course you can't or else your 'six weeks' script will be inconsistent, won't it? (I didn't, just wanted to)... Then she said as long as it's not our website (NVC) that shows it or you don't have any other case number I can check, I can only comment on yours (which I completely understand).

Good Luck to everyone and help me dig more patience ! :)

Hi, i know how you feel as NVC only received ours after 26 day where others from my same NOA2 date got theirs in 9-15 days. It can get frustrating but from experience what helped was constant conversation with Fiancé which mainly consisted of "it will happen, when it's meant to happen". Last time i was with my Fiancé was 18 mos ago and we both feel the pain of being apart for that long. Hearing how trusting she was of the process, despite several setbacks (believe me we had plenty since our filing) helped me a great deal. I suggest calling NVC once a day then live your life as you would any other day. When you do get your NVC case number things would be pretty hectic from there with all the paperworks you need to file and gather. You'll get there, don't worry. Also, on the third week i did call USCIS and spoke with a Tier 2 officer who opened a case inquiry for me. USCIS replied after 2 days and informed me case was already approved and sent to NVC. On 5th day NVC received our case. Don't know if that helped but you can try. Hope you get your case soon and hang tight there.

Hey Joel, based on the info I think BKK embassy has received our cases.  It was delivered on Sat Aug 11.  Case is still in transit though on CEAC website.

Hi  @Bunyaka and @JM&PP , it looks like the three of us are still waiting on "In Transit" for the Bangkok Embassy.   Here is hoping we all move forward soon.   🤞

Now, if I understand correctly the ceac website status will go from ready to issued, right?

I can also no longer access the ais website. @r1mario, did I need to do something on that website after the interview?
