What if i don't get my Packet 3?

 

After scheduling my interview, I recevied an email saying I should print out that email and a letter/email the embassy would send me (I belived it's the Packet 3). It's been 2 weeks and I haven't recevid the email/letter.

Are you the beneficiary or the petitioner?

 

Packet 3 gets sent to Petitioner. 

 

Also, if you check the status of your case on CEAC, it will show you the last time the Consulate touched your case.

 

If it is any day after July 30, that is probably when they sent packet 3.

No, unfortunately not. They have our case as of Friday, but no number assigned yet.

Good Morning! Hope to not ruin your day but just wanted to vent. 22nd day from NOA2 and NVC still hasn't received the case from USCIS while others who has same NOA2 July 23, and even after, already got their MCN. Talked to a supervisor Belle, after a Sasha who was really nice to me but I got impatient with this whole thing so I asked kindly for a supervisor. Belle said she cannot talked about others who I mentioned that has the same approval notice as me (even after). I wanted to tell her, of course you can't or else your 'six weeks' script will be inconsistent, won't it? (I didn't, just wanted to)... Then she said as long as it's not our website (NVC) that shows it or you don't have any other case number I can check, I can only comment on yours (which I completely understand).
