I feel bad for you, hope everything will work out! But what I don’t get is that on the  website part for immigrant you have the ‘fiance visa’ and at the non immigrant part you don’t have that. But when you register at the non immigrant one you have a thing for “I need to apply for K (fiance)” and with the immigrant you don’t have that.

I’m so confused, so you have to go to the non immigrant one and not immigrant?

To be honest, I am not sure anymore. The automated response from the website keeps directing me to Immigrant. The helpdesk told me to go to Non Immigrant.

Yes, it’s really weird. When you’re at immigrant and fiance visa part it does say it’s a non immigrant visa but then it gets you to a different site than non immigrant to register

I am predicting tomorrow we will see many cases switch to "in transit".  My analysis shows that the NVC batches cases for transfer to the NVC every two week and they are due for a new batch tomorrow.   Lets cross our fingers as I have been waiting about the same length of time also.  🤞

You're correct! our case is in transit after 2 weeks 🎉

Same here and we only got a case number assigned Friday! Thanks for the heads up! I literally just checked an hour ago and it still said "AT NVC".

Mine still says “AT NVC”. I’m so concerned. How long will it stay at NVC? 😞

The day is not over yet, wait until today if it's not updated by then maybe try giving them a call.
