Hi All,

I am about to file K1 visa application for my fiance along with her 2 children. Based on my roughly estimation, I would earn about $35,000 gross income out of my two properties. Would this income be qualified as income or is this income need to be net income?

Another question, we both just got divorced and I have read on here that some people suggested to wait and some said don't before file the application. I live in Florida and I believe FL does not have waiting period before getting married again. I don't know what are the good reasons to wait since we simply love each other and want to live together and we meet the basic filing requirement.

Thank you for your input and happy 4th of July!

Best,
