How long until USCIS send the petition

after u got I130 approval by mail, text or case online. 2-3 weeks later please call NVC to see if they got your document or not.

If it has been sent to NVC, it will be reflected on the USCIS website.  Check your case status, and if it's been transferred, it will tell you when.

this is a new website for USCIS http://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov to check case status.
