My I765 and I131 cases changed to Case was Approved on November 26th. Does anyone know how long it usually takes yo receive the EAD in mail?

You guysss! I haven't checked my status until today and it turns out my EAD got approved Nov 29th!!! Like excuse meeeee? Whaaaat?!

Hello Fellow July AOS Filers,

 

Writing to share my EAD approval process.

My AOS receipt date: 7/25/2018, Finished fingerprints on 8/13/2018. My filed office is: Baltimore.

I received EAD and AP approval letters in my USPS mail this past week, on Friday 11/30/2018. At the time of receipt of this letter, there was no status updates online at "USCIS Case Status". But over the weekend (on 12/02/2018) EAD Status changed to Card Mailed.

It took me around 5-6 days to get the approval letters.

Also took like 5 days to the status to change from Approved to Card Was Mailed to Me. That was two days ago. I assume the card will arrive within five days guessing on the approval letters arrival time....

Looks like they fixed the website over the weekend. I saw an approval on the new website/portal but not on the egov.uscis.gov one... Got the same status updates as you.

Got it. I received my approval letters before the system was updated which is weird. So ur status changed from approved to card was mailed? 5 business days or 5 regular days?

Don't worry about the system. It is all messed up. The only thing personally worries me to miss the AOS interview letter. My statuses in the system were all around stuck in different phases. I think they did something on Sunday morning because the website was down, but I had a text message from them. After the system came back online my EAD and AP status were correct, but my AOS status is still not correctly showed on the website.

 

I can't tell if it was 5 business days or regular days because I've got approved on Monday and got the letters sometime Saturday night I guess because I emptied the mailbox Saturday during the day and it was not there, but Sunday morning we got extra mail including the approvals...

I haven't been active on this thread as I've been enjoying time with my hubby FINALLY after an 11 month K1 wait, but our July 7 AOS application has been approved!

 

Timeline as follows;

Bio. Appt.: 2018-08-02 (Bakersfield, CA)

Interview Notice: 2018-10-22
Interview Date: 2018-11-27 (Fresno, CA)
Approval Date: 2018-11-30 (online), 2018-12-03 (mail)

 

Feel free to ask any questions about the interview; I posted a review of the Fresno office - it was great! No issues

The egov.uscis.gov website shows Ready for interview, the new website (myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) shows Fingerprint received or something similar. If I call the USCIS support number my case number can't be found in the phone system, so need to wait for an agent who will confirm that my case is Ready for be scheduled for an interview.

Hi, i just received my interview notice on Jan 2 here in san antonio. I just have a question. Do i need to get a medical again? I have a copy of my DS 3025 from the philippines. Which was done february 2017. I really am confused.

Hi July filers. I just got my interview notice for my AOS and it will be on January 2. 2019.

 

I am just confused about the I693. I still have my DS 3025 from the philippines that was done February of 2018. Do i need to get another medical and vaccination before the interview?
