My PD is July 25th and now I’m checking the website everyday but EAD never updates from “Case Received” (AOS is ready for interview tho). Congratulations!!!!!! Hope everyone here gets good news soon!!!!!

Same here! In fact my DHS Account is slower than the old Case Tracker! My PD was around the 25th. What date does it say on your i-797s?

Says received date is 7/20 but Notice Date is 7/26 and then online it’s 7/25 lol I gave up on figuring out which one to follow 😂😂😂

Yeah mine is a little odd too. Online my date is 31st July for EAD-AP but my letter says otherwise lol I guess maybe they just sent it a lot later. Had my biometrics on September 8th and its been stuck on  "Fingerprint Review Complete" for EAD every since 😂 I want to head back to England for New Year so hopefully it gets here soon. Also I'm dying to work, haven't had this much time off ever!

Lol at least your EAD updated. Mine is just “Received” on 7/25th even tho Biometrics notice /letter says that fingerprints are for BOTH EAD and AOS. Lots of people here too never had their status updated and just received letters of approval so I guess there’s  really no telling, just hoping for the best for all of us. 😊😊😊

Congratulations! Mine says 16th Jul online but 26 on notice letter so I'm just here patiently waiting! I already got my AP approved (received end of October (paper version) so I'm hoping EAD isn't too far behind.

My EAD never got updated since "case received" even i did my biometric on Aug, then this morning it jumped directly to "card is being produced"

My AP status still stay on "case received" and i got a bit worry about it, lot of ppl here received combo card for EAD and AP and I'm hoping it is my case too.

Did you filed your AP separately from your AOS and EAD?

hey sorry but i have to ask an off topic question that your college tuition is the international student or resident? I'm about to enroll to school and noticed that the tuition is a huge difference between above two types, we are kinda in the limbo coz we are not international student nor resident, 😪 but GC process still on the way makes us not qualify for resident tuition ... such a pain 🤪

Hey! My student fees are in state tuition. Because I married my wife and she is from Nebraska I can claim cheaper tuition! I went to the University of Nebraska at Omaha and they basically told me that I could save $6,000 a semester if I did my General Education subjects at a local community college and then transfer after two years. So that's what I'm doing! I have Construction Management HNC from back home but now I'm doing a masters in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. 😆

Thank you, I will talk to the school consular to see if I can get the resident tuition basis on married to the in state citizen.

I need some advice folks! My PD is July 27th and waiting on EAD. I got an offer for an internship which starts in Jan first week (I am in grad school right now). So my question is, should I contact out senator for expedite or wait to get the EAD? Has anyone successfully expedited on the basis of an internship letter? What is the process?
