That's awesome! Did your case status ever change to "card mailed" ours is still "case approved". Congrats on the job offer!! We weren't sure if my husband should start applying yet or wait for the GC. Congrats again :D

You should received it this week. Our case status change daily. It says "usps picked up card" and have a tracking number in there.

I hope so! I don't think the weekend helped 😧 but we've only changed twice. I'm trying not to worry about it we are just so ready to have it in hand.

I received mine one week from approval but it depends on the time of week etc. It will update to 'in production' then 'card picked up by usps' then 'card out for delivery' which is when you'll get a tracking number

Hi, i just got my approval notice today for EAD and AP. i am just curious about my AP it has a separate approval notice and says that they will mail Travel Document separately. does this mean it will be separate to my EAD cARD? i thought it will be on my EAD Card as a combo card. or maybe, the notice they sent me are just for formality?

Thanks

Hi everyone! As of midnight last night I received a text message from the old USCIS website (which is weird because that site has never updated for us. Our K1 application still says received there lol) saying “new card being produced” for the EAD as of 11/5. Exciting! However, no changes to the AP status. It still says “application received” on both online portals and the app. My question is, should we be worried that the AP wasn’t approved? Or is this a case of the website playing tricks with our emotions lol. Anybody experience the same thing with the EAD/AP?

I would think it’s a formality and the card would still be a combo card. How did you get your notice for approval? Email, text, mail?

Hello! I got a combo card but my AP status online never changed. I just got the approval notices for both EAD and AP in the mail, then received the combo card in about 4 business days.

My AOS/EAD/AP timeline:
7/25/18: PD
8/24/18: Biometrics walk-in (successful)
8/24/18: Request to expedite EAD
8/27/18: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

10/12/18: EAD Card status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

10/13/18: EAD Card Approval Notice dated 10/10/18 received in mail

10/13/18: AP Approval Notice dated 10/10/18 received in mail

So my husband got his combo card yesterday (yay!!!!) and I am wondering when his social security number will come in the mail or do we have to go the office and apply.  I need it so I can add him to join accounts and credit cards and so much other stuff

Hi, all! Congratulations to everyone who’s had their cases picked up! It gives the rest of us July people hope. 😊 Just sharing that I’m excitedly waiting for my EAD (filed through NBC with a July 25, 2018 NOA date and Biometrics done last August), although my USCIS website still says that my EAD Case was “Received”. My AOS says I’m  “Ready to Schedule for Interview,” But thanks to y’all people who say theirs doesn’t update periodically too, I’m thinking this is just them not updating my EAD status as much as my AOS. 😬😬 Sounds trivial, but it’s nerve wracking lol. 😬😬 Good luck to us all! 😊😊😊

My one still says case received even after getting my combo card. Don’t worry it will be a combo card. You’ll get approval notices for them both.

Actually, I just constantly check the USCIS website using my receipt number I didn’t notice the email they sent me 3am lol. And I also received approval notice in the mail for AP and EAD.
