Just got a notification that we were send a RFE 😞 I swear I tried to put everything we could in our packet, but I must have missed something. I’m so devastated and hope this doesn’t prolong our case even more. My poor husband is so bored here in Montana 😞 Congratulations to everyone getting accepted! I’ll try to stay positive.

Yes. It has been in that status since September 5. No update with EAD/AP yet.

I just literally checking the USCIS website now to check an update on my case. and guess what?

 

WE GOT APPROVED FOR EAD AND AP!!!  as of November 2 today!!!! yay!!

 

should I receive it next week?

I received mine one week from approval but it depends on the time of week etc. It will update to 'in production' then 'card picked up by usps' then 'card out for delivery' which is when you'll get a tracking number

Our interview was on the same day lol (and same place)! We changed to new card being produced the next day and then "case approved" the day after that. What have your case status updates been like? Have you received your GC? Our I-797 Approval is being delivered today (according to USPS informed delivery). Thank you

Hey! We had our interview on the 30th. Our Approval letter came in the mail today. How long did it take you guys to receive your GC after the interview? Thank you!!

I've been pretty quite on here but kinda want a second opinion.

SO I got a RFIE which was for my birth certificate which I had sent but seemed to be a trend. i returned it within like 3 days and my status changed to 'Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received' the day before my biometrics appointment.

I seems most peoples status changed after that appointment but mine is still as the above. 

Wondering if I should be doing something to check to make sure that appointment through proper or do I just keep waiting

Same as you. We received the GC in the mail this afternoon. So happy right now. And my husband got a job offer today too.

That's awesome! Did your case status ever change to "card mailed" ours is still "case approved". Congrats on the job offer!! We weren't sure if my husband should start applying yet or wait for the GC. Congrats again
