also, i have a USCIS account and one with the DHS. Everyone says that the DHS one is more accurate but it hasn't changed from "Fingerprints Completed" for my i-485 while the USCIS one has changed to "Ready to be Scheduled". 🙄

Hey guys, wanted to update you July filers!! Today I got a notification that my EAD and AP have been approved!!! Hooray. 

I filed July 1st NOA July 6th the update was on my case tracker on my phone. 

 

Good luck everyone still waiting and I hope my news gives those waiting some hope that you will have yours soon too!

Nothing.

 

I am a little worried that I F'd up because I only updated our address using the online form and I didn't send an address update letter to USCIS for the affidavit of support? ughhhh

Whatcha mean?

 

So u and Andy moved-- then u filed out an AR-11?

My understanding is IF you do that online, a physical letter is no longer needed.

 

When did u make the change? and Why only for the Affidavit?

I read about it on another thread. I did an AR-11 for all three of the parts - AP, EAD and AOS. Hopefully I am fine.

Yea

I moved- I did an AR online for all three as well.

I got an e-mail confirmation about 10 days later that my address was updated.

 

Did you get that e-mail?

Cuz sometimes, ARs online fall through the cracks

 

 I also called them a few days after the e-mail and the address they said they have is my new address

You can call them and see what they say?

 

I mean worst case scenario-- U get mail at the old place and hopefully it gets forwarded

But it won't stop your approval

I did get the emails for all three. When the one didn't get approved as quickly as the others, I sent another request through and that one was sorted.

Wait-- did you do a DIFFERENT AR-11 for EACH one?

Or did you do it all on the same AR- cuz on each one, there's spaces to add other cases.

i moved and just did an online AR for my i-485 but included the other forms in there with it. Worst case, it will be sent to my wifes parents house haha!
