Yes, around a month. I understand that. I feel like that too 😂 Did your status change to interview was scheduled?

Hey everyone, we got a random “still working on your case” email this morning. Does that mean someone touched our case today? Lol Why send an email saying...no update? I check the site everyday...I know there’s no update.

That is an inactivity update.... You can turn it off under My Account->Settings->Case Inactivity notifications using the new uscis.dhs.gov website. I assume you have an account there...

August 15 : interview was scheduled

Yes, I went to Greer, SC. They are not friendly but they are not rude either. The best word, professional. The interview that we got speaks super duper soft. When she asked question, she is not be specific to whom she asked. So, we always asking back "me or him" Be careful with the tricky question. I have one, where did you work now. When she asked that, my husband answer it since we thought it is for him. Then she said no, not you. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

NOA, June 19th, biometrics done. But my case still says "Case was received", should I call?

I think sometimes the website doesn't update properly. Have you tried creating an account in the USCIS website? Sometimes the status will update in one but not on the other. You can't really trust their website actually haha!
